Items That Can Be Returned

We accept some items ordered through our website as long as they have not be opened and the original seal is intact. Those are:

  • over-the-counter medicines
  • wellness products
  • accessories

In case the goods were damaged upon arrival, you can return the damaged items without hesitation. Check for the rules that apply for products in this category and contact us when in doubt.

Products That Are Not Eligible for Return

Medications that require prescription are not eligible for return, even when the package has the signs of tampering or is otherwise damaged or lacking integrity.
