Log into your account to view your order status, any time. Your personal account contains a dashboard with the information about your purchasing history and current order(s) on clear display. There, you will always find updates on processing, shipping and delivery – all in a user-friendly timeline.
Tracking Your Order
For most of our shipping methods, tracking numbers are provided for you to follow your package in real time. The system updates the status of your order as long as we receive it from the carrier following the shipping. It might take up to 24 hours for the parcel status to get updated, especially in the beginning of the transportation and at the point of entry during the customs clearance.
Common Reasons for Delays
One of the most common queries customers reach out with is delivery delay. These may happen for a vast number of reasons, the most common being:
- Delays at the stage of prescription verification; we will get in touch if we need you to provide additional documentation.
- Your medication is currently out of stock and needs to be shipped from a different location.
- Delays at the customs and referring your package contents to the FDA officials.
- Holiday traffic and postal overload causing the predictable slowdowns in deliveries.
Most of those get resolved on their on in a few days without need for any further action on either side.
Order Alteration or Cancellation
In case there is a need to alter or cancel your order, we urge you to do so as soon as possible by contacting our customer support. Note that we can help you with order changes or cancellation only up to the point when the package has left our facility and before it is processed for shipment. We will not be able to change or cancel your order after this point.
Order Status Notifications
You will be notified about the status changes in your order every time it gets updated. You will receive alerts by your chosen method, by email or by SMS, you can opt in for either or both. In this way, you will not have to log on and check the status manually, waiting for it to change.
When to Contact Customer Support
In some cases, we encourage you to get in touch with us without delay. Those are the cases when your order status has been frozen without updates for more than three business days, or when your order status shows “delivered” but you never received it. We will get in touch with the carrier immediately to provide the information about your order.
